Steve joined Perry Metal Protection in April 2018 after previously holding senior roles with Gallagher Group, Ballance Agri-Nutrients and SealesWinslow Ltd.

Steve is the General Manager, overseeing site operations for Perry Metal Protection, Perry Grating and Waikato Sandblasting Services.

Steve is a family man who carries a wealth of knowledge and experience in Supply chain and distribution, Operations, Lean Manufacturing and believes in putting culture and his people first while maintaining high standards and a continuous improvement mindset to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and product quality.

Adrian joined Perry Grating in February 2009 after working in the structural engineering industry from the time he left school, starting out as an Apprentice and progressing into senior workshop management and pricing roles. His initial role with Perry Grating was as Estimator/Detailer and he moved into the Manager’s position in 2016.

Adrian possesses an in depth understanding of the needs and requirements of the Engineering Industry, enabling him to provide cost effective grating design solutions that are fit for purpose as well as being considerate of the installation process. Quality of finished product and customer satisfaction is paramount to him, which is an ethic that is seen, encouraged and adopted by the whole of the Grating Team.

Tony joined Perry Grating in October 2016 to fill the role of Account Manager/Estimator after having spent over 20 years as an Estimator/Contracts Manager for specialist contracting companies operating in the Processing, Industrial and Commercial sectors of the Construction Industry.

Tony brings a broad and well informed understanding of the needs and requirements of the contracting sector within the construction arena and is highly motivated to ensure those needs are fully met.
